Healthy Dip



I just can't seem to let go of my love for avocados. Teehee. I especially love it with tofu because gives it a creamy texture, plus it's healthy!


Tofu Avocado Dip:
Mash half avocado & 50g of Tofu (silky or hard).
Add salt, flax seed oil, pepper, lemon juice, hot sauce. Also, chopped onions and/or garlic (if available)


Mix well and serve :)
